Trail run on scenic Sterling Forest multi-use trails. This will provide a preview of the April 23rd fundraiser race, with 15K and half-martathon distance options.
Trail runners LOVE this run for its deep woods feel, crystal clear lake, and flowy, state-of-the-art trails. Join us to preview the scenic 15K loop or if you wish, the entire half-marathon course. To reach the Caretaker’s Lot, take Sterling Mine/Sloatsburg Rd to Long Meadow Rd and proceed 4.8 miles. DO NOT go to Sterling Forest Visitor Ctr. You'll find the Caretakers' Lot on the right (east side of Long Meadow Rd), just past (north of) the mulch piles/recycling center.
