In the metropolitan area, there are many invasive species that threaten our region's natural areas. The problem can, at times, seem overwhelming given the limited resources we have to combat such a large threat. However, there are options for addressing these threats in impactful ways that are inspiring on both a community and ecological level.
In this webinar, Brent Boscarino, the Trail Conference's Associate Director of Stewardship, will highlight the synergies of our stewardship programs and how we work in conjunction with state agencies, partner organizations and leverage our volunteers to successfully protect the rich biodiversity of our region.
To showcase this collaborative effort, Brent will detail how the Trail Conference is leading the charge to address an emerging invasive threat, spotted lanternfly, together with dedicated community members and partner organizations.
